Where can I see your work?: Please check out our portfolio to see all our work.
What payment options do I have?: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
Do you have special pricing for non-profits, universities, or other groups in need?: DesignByBob specifically caters to people and organizations who don't have thousands of dollars to spend on their websites. Thus, the prices we offer are very competitive, and are in fact lower than many competitors' special non-profit pricing.
Do you provide phone support?: Yes, Once you we get start with your web site, you will be given a phone number to contact DesignByBob for support.
What if I am not happy with the final output?: We follow a sequence of processes during the project and you have time to correct us before it's too late.

Will you transfer copyrights of the finished work to the Client?: Yes, copyrights to the design and all completed work will be transferred to the Client at the end of the project. Copyrights to the content and materials provided by the Client remains with them.
What if I want more features or services integrated in to my site?: You can simply forward a request to bob@designbybob.com. We will go through the requirements, come up with our estimates, and we can take it from there.
Can I cancel my web hosting/package anytime if I want?: You can cancel your account at any time by sending a cancellation request to bob@designbybob.com. Although not required, we'd also like to know the reasons for cancellation, so that we can provide a better service in the future.
Are there are any cancellation/termination fees?: No, you don't need to pay anything other than whatever outstanding amounts (invoices already created/billed) that exist on your account.
What specific features should I have on my web server if I am to host the site on my own?: For a typical 5 to 10 page website you will need an Apache or Litespeed web server (recommended, but any server that supports PHP and MySQL will do),PHP (version 4.2 or greater), MySQL (version 4.0 or greater), FTP access for us to upload files and a minimum of 100MB disk space.

Will DesignByBob guarantee #1 position on the search engines and how soon?: No, no one can guarantee your site to be number one, and if some one does, we advice you to read this article by Google. DesignByBob follow ethical SEO practices and our objective is to do it right with a long term perspective rather than expecting results overnight.
Do I need to optimize every page of my site or is it just the home page?: Every page of a website can be a potential entry point for visitors. It's hard to predict which page or pages will be ranked the best for specific search terms. Therefore it's always good to optimize each page, or at least the top level pages.
How soon can I expect results?: The amount of time required to see the results range anywhere from couple of days to a few months. This is dependent on how often search engines crawl sites to pick up changes, update their indexes, and subsequently re-rank sites.
Would it be enough to perform SEO only once?: It depends on several factors. If you are in a very competitive industry and dependent on the website to drive sales you should perform certain tasks more often. For example: keyword research, optimizing titles, body text changes etc.; DesignByBob could help you come up with the best strategy according to your budget and other goals.
